Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice for regular services. For specialty services such as Keratin, Japanese, Bridal or Extensions, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service price.

To ensure a smooth check-out process, a credit card is required to book an appointment.
